Dr. S.P. Kaushal (born 1953) has completed his M.B.B.S. from Government Medical College, Patiala (Punjab), India in 1976 and later did M.D. and Ph.D. in Chinese Herbal Medicine. He founded Sino Vedic Cancer Research Centre along with a team of doctors and scientists in 1985 with the aim to explore the role of herbs to fight cancer. His books “Fight Cancer with Herbs” published in 1999 and “Cancer & Herbs” published in 2003 have been acclaimed worldwide. Dr. S.P. Kaushal has extensively toured Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir and North East States of India to study the native herbs. Dr. Kaushal has participated in many national and international seminars and symposia. Dr. Y.S. Parmar University of Horticulture & Forestry, Solan has conferred the degree of “Doctor of Science” on Dr. S.P. Kaushal on 2nd of March, 2002 for his outstanding work in the field of medicinal herbs. Dr. S.P. Kaushal is serving the humanity by treating cancer patients with the Sino Vedic Herbal Formulations.
